I love tea. So one of my favorite things about traveling outside of the US is to try the local teas of course!

Right away, I discovered that in Amsterdam, they have a fresh mint tea. It's as simple as putting fresh mint into boiling water: 

I had to have it every time I went out!

Pro tip: Sometimes they also have fresh ginger and lemon tea - just chunks of ginger and lemon in hot water. I recommend it as well!
